Assalamualaikum wbt and good day for everyone insyaAllah :)
On the 25th of march 2012 (Sunday), my residential college (Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail, UPM) were having a final year dinner organized by the students. It is a once a year dinner for celebrating those students whom are graduating soon. I was invited with another 2 of my friends to perform a show for the dinner. We managed to perform 3 songs that night that are A Thousand Years by Christina Perry, Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars, and finally Pergi by Aizat. No video were recorded during that time hehe, and if we were to be recorded it was only for our personal view :P

I am not sure of whether a week or a few weeks before the event, I had a conversation with Zhi Huang. It was actually upon my need on having conversation, and hoped that he agreed with his own opinion. Well I am not gonna tell you straight what was the conversation about but I will do my best to make you dear readers to see it clear once you read everything that I wrote in here insyaAllah, okay? :) so read carefully. Alhamdulillah basically both of us agreed with our own opinion.
It was a smooth performance alhamdulillah, though a few mistakes done by us were unnoticed by the audience hehe. There were a few situations during the rehearsal that the event members had to modify the whole tentative.
It was actually related to a dancing performance at the beginning of the flow. In terms of the Islam's matter, females are not allowed to do a performance in front of audience with male. There are several reasons but I guess you can actually see the reason why. Alhamdulillah without further a due, the Principal of the college take this into his personal action on voicing it during the after-rehearse meeting. Though the dancing performance was not totally cancelled, but it was altered for not being the opening performance. And hopefully not to be any dancing performance for next coming events.
We were also apart of the performers for last year's final years dinner. hehe We were imagining ourselves that we were going to have a delicious dinner first before the other students come for the actual event. But not this time around :D we were served with the same dishes that are going to be served with other students at night. Last time we were invited to have our meal at the coffeehouse and subhanAllah, there were a lot of food that time with soo many kinds of dessert, cakes especially :P
After the whole event finished a few photos were taken. I was also having a funny moments with Per Ern and Zhi Huang that nobody was going to take a picture with me lol. I shouted for those who wanted to take a picture with me but you know what, nobody even care to take a picture with me when I did that lol.

After everything was finished, we were headed ourselves back to college that night.

A music instrument that I have been playing ever since I was small is a guitar with strings. A hobby for once in awhile. Let the sound be small for now.
As a last words for this post, I would like to share with you with a video of Sungha Jung, a 16 years old South Korean that can play a fingerstyle-guitar. I like the way he plays most of the songs he covers for :D subhanAllah, ilmu Allah sangat luas. Finally, it is also a song that we performed during the dinner :) Assalamualaikum.
